In 2016, we established in Singapore with a commitment to bringing higher-quality Chinese hotpot to customers. During that time, we were known as "Upin Hot Pot”. Our signature tomato broth and handmade shrimp paste quickly gained the hearts of countless Singaporean diners, making us a beloved and well-recognized hotpot brand in Singapore.
After 8 years of refinement, we have consistently upheld our promise. As the pioneer of tomato hotpot in Southeast Asia, we have never stopped evolving. In 2024, "Upin Hot Pot" has been upgraded into "Xiaoyanzi Tomato Hot Pot."
We select only the finest ingredients. Our signature tomato broth has been elevated once again. After years of research and traveling across global tomato farms, our team have chosen the tomatoes from Malaysia. Each pot of broth is freshly stewed using ten ripe tomatoes.
We maintain a pure and authentic dedication to craftsmanship. Our signature hand-made shrimp paste has also been enhanced. We only use fresh deep-sea tiger prawns, freshly prepared and pounded in our open kitchen. Each shrimp paste ball contains an impressive 98.7% shrimp content, delivering a springy texture and rich shrimp flavor in every bite!
